Worked directly with the VP of Marketing to reestablish the brand architecture for student apartments on the University of Penn campus. Working with the existing logo, I updated the typography and color palette along with key visual concepts to bring the brand a fresh look that was more relatable to the specific audience than the existing branding. After the brand architecture was completed, I updated the marketing collateral to reflect the new branding and directed a lifestyle photoshoot to bring life into the solely architecture photography library.
